5. Project Terms and Scope Before commencing any project, a detailed scope of work is provided. This includes deliverables, timelines, and any associated costs. Changes to the project scope after the contract has been signed may require additional charges and an updated timeline. The completion of each project milestone is subject to client feedback and approval. Delays in feedback may affect the project timeline.
6. Intellectual Property Rights Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website, design, or marketing materials will transfer to the client. However, MY SMB HUB retains the right to display the work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon. Any third-party software, plugins, or digital assets used in the project are subject to their respective licensing terms. Clients are responsible for adhering to these licenses if applicable.
7. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide all required content, materials, and access to systems necessary to complete the project on time. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and compliance of any materials they provide. Any delays in the provision of content or materials may impact the project timeline and delivery.
8. Confidentiality We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any private or proprietary information without consent, except as required by law. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any confidential information, including proposals, project plans, or proprietary methods, shared by MY SMB HUB.
9. Limitation of Liability MY SMB HUB (as a part of Digtrix™ LLP) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that led to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, as digital marketing, SEO, and development can be influenced by factors beyond our control.
10. Third-Party Services MY SMB HUB may recommend or integrate third-party tools, plugins, or services to enhance the digital experience. We are not responsible for the performance or terms of use of these third-party services. Clients are responsible for any additional costs or fees associated with third-party services recommended during the project.
11. Termination of Services Either party may terminate the project with written notice. However, any fees paid up to the termination date are non-refundable, and the client may be liable for any work completed up until that date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to meet their responsibilities, violates these Terms, or if payment terms are not met.
12. Payment Terms Payment schedules, deposits, and invoices will be clearly outlined in the service agreement. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. Final deliverables will only be provided upon receipt of full payment.
13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

14. Relationship to Main Company MY SMB HUB operates as a business unit of Digtrix™ LLP and does not have separate legal standing. All legal contracts, payments, and obligations are managed by Digtrix™ LLP. Any legal disputes, claims, or inquiries related to MY SMB HUB are to be directed to Digtrix™ LLP as the parent entity.
15. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
